Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for items that have been used, broken, or used in a way other than their intended purpose. This includes damage from misuse, neglect, alterations, or accidental damage. We reserve the right to assess the item's condition to determine eligibility.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at sales.p2b@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at sales.p2b@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. For any damage caused during transport, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
